The EWS journey

From the first day at EWS
to the rank

Nine steps every EWS student goes through: the course, the classes, and the tests, homework and reports on the EWS app at ewsaigrading.in.

  1. 01Day one

    A student walks in

Visit any of the 5 EWS centres (10 am – 8 pm) or send an enquiry on WhatsApp. Ask for a demo class, or sit with a teacher for counselling.

  2. 02The course

Joins the course for their class

One plan from Class 6 to the entrance exam, run with the school board syllabus, so board marks and entrance preparation move together.

  3. 03Every day

Classes that keep pace with school

Three hours a day for Class 6 to 10; 900 hours a year in each of Class 11 and 12 for JEE and NEET. Each student's day is on the app: the next test, the homework due, what to do today.

    • Recorded lecture of every class
    • Printed study material
    • Doubt sessions, holidays too
    • Absent? Parents get a message
EWS app home: this week's leaderboard, next test, homework due and what to do today
  4. 04Every few weeks

Tests on paper, checked chapter by chapter

Tests are written on paper in class, like the real exam. The copy is checked chapter by chapter on ewsaigrading.in, EWS's AI grading platform, and the teacher approves the result before it is released: marks, class average and rank.

Every test the student has taken, with marks and status
    Result card: 37 of 50, 74%, rank 4 of 26, with a Report button
  5. 05After every test

    Every mark explained

The report shows the score against the batch average, the chapters that cost marks, what to fix first, and an EWS solution for every question. Parents see the same report.

    • Score vs batch average
    • Weakest chapter first
    • Question-wise marks
    • Mistakes explained
Chapters weakest first, with what to fix first
Report: 74%, six above the batch average, what to fix first
  6. 06After every class

    Homework, checked like a test

Homework comes after every class. The student photographs the pages in the app; every question comes back right, partly right or wrong, with a note on handwriting and what to do next.

Homework result: 74% completed, each question right, partly right or wrong
  7. 07Test after test

Effort goes where the marks are

The same hours, spent on the chapters the report points to. In the EWS student guide, Riya goes from 32 to 44 out of 50 in four tests.

All subjects, the story so far: a line rising across four tests
  8. 08Exam pace

Test series at the pace of the real exam

A weekly leaderboard keeps it a race: points for results, improvement, homework, attendance and a tidy copy, and everyone starts again on Monday.

    • JEE / NEETMonthly test on the JEE Main or NEET pattern
    • JEE AdvancedTwo 3-hour papers on the same day, every 4–6 weeks
    • Class 6–1040+ school-exam and board-pattern tests
Weekly leaderboard: overall, most improved, homework champion

School Integrated Programme

To integrate high-quality competitive coaching with school education, for complete academic excellence and all-round student development.

  • SchoolBuilds the foundation
  • EWSConcepts and exam readiness
  1. One academic calendar

A single calendar for school and coaching: monthly targets, chapter sequence and assessment weeks, with festival and exam weeks marked. No chapter is repeated or skipped.

  2. Unified syllabus mapping

The school syllabus and the coaching syllabus are mapped side by side, so each supports the other instead of running separately.

  3. One test plan

Weekly online quizzes, JEE / NEET pattern tests and school exams are planned together, so students never face too many tests at once.

  4. Study material & PPT classes

One combined JEE + NEET study package and DPPs, PPT-based classes in Chemistry and Biology, and classwork and homework that point the same way.

  5. Smart vacation planning

During long breaks, a fixed-schedule test series and online discussions on the syllabus already completed, so nothing is forgotten and there is no rush after the holidays.

220hours of classes per subject, per year
126hours of tests per year (36 online, 36 mega tests, 54 common test series)
  • One clear learning direction
  • Faster syllabus completion
  • Better performance in boards and JEE / NEET
  • Less overload on students

…the teachers here are amazing 😊😌exceptional! The environment you get here for studies is very needful, because every teacher puts immense effort for each student, they conduct classes for 4,4 / 5,5 hours ,Even stay at centre during Holidays to clear our doubts… in my experience I have never seen a coaching like this for JEE mains, advance.
